1. Prepare your makeup sponge by adding a few drops of soap to the water and wring out the excess water from your makeup sponge.
2. Dip your makeup sponge in the soapy water for 3 minutes until it is completely soaked and then rinse it under running lukewarm water for 1-2 seconds

To clean your makeup sponge, you can either use soap or a gentle shampoo. You can even use a mix of dishwashing detergent and water. You need to mix the liquid with a little soap to form a lather. Make sure to scrub the sponge from all sides thoroughly. Once the foam subsides, rinse it with warm water and squeeze it several times. You can also use a facial cleanser to remove any remaining oils.
After applying makeup, you should wash your makeup sponge thoroughly. To do this, you can either use micellar water or branded cleaning solutions. When using micellar water, it is best to use a solution with a lot of bubbles. When using a cleaning solution, you should fill the entire sponge with the solution. You can then place the sponge on a drying tray and let it air dry. You should repeat the process until your makeup sponge is completely clean.
